Power Breakfast Smoothie

Preparation Time: 3 minutes

Ingredients:

2 heaped tablespoons of Hale & Hearty Gluten Free Oats

1 heaped tablespoon of milled golden flaxseed / hemp powder / finely ground almonds

4 large strawberries

1/3 of a small banana

8 blueberries

1 cup of dairy-free milk

2 cubes of ice

Preparation:

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
