Fish in Falafel Crumb 

Serves: 2-4

Preparation Time: 3 minutes

Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

2-4 fillets of white fish    (Ideally a flat fish like Sea Bream, Bass, Sole or Plaice)

Hale & Hearty Quick & Easy Falafel Mix

Chopped parsley

Salt to season

Preparation:

Remove skin from the fish fillets

Sprinkle a generous amount of Falafel Mix onto a large plate.

Chop a handful of flat parsley and toss into the mix, and season the crumbs with salt.

Coat the fish on both sides with the Falafel Mix and parsley blend, pressing firmly on both sides.

Lightly shallow fry the fish in olive oil and serve immediately.
