
90ml of vodka
30ml of Hale & Hearty Maple Agave (pre-soaked with a cinnamon stick for a few hours or overnight)
Vermouth to taste
Brown sugar
Slice of Williams or other pear
Start with a chilled martini glass.
Give a light misting of vermouth in the glass and dip the rim of the glass in brown sugar.
In a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, cinnamon maple agave and ice. Shake vigourously and strain into the glass.
