We love buckwheat. It provides a great source of nutrition to those sensitive to wheat and other grains with gluten.

We dry our pasta slowly at a low temperature in order to preserve the nutritional qualities of the raw ingredients.


 



Ingredients:

Corn flour* (60%), buckwheat flour* (25%), rice flour* (15%).
