We love buckwheat. It provides a great source of nutrition to those sensitive to wheat and other grains with gluten.

We dry our pasta slowly at room temperature in order to preserve the nutritional qualities of the raw ingredients.

Did you know buckwheat is no relation to wheat but actually a fruit seed and member of the rhubarb family. Nutritious and naturally gluten free, buckwheat is a good source of fibre, rich in B vitamins as well as magnesium, iron and zinc.

 



Ingredients:

Corn flour* (60%), buckwheat flour* (25%), rice flour* (15%).
