We love quinoa. Pronounced Keen-Wah. 

It contains lots of protein and is rich in calcium, magnesium and iron. We've mixed it with rice, corn and a little honey for a breakfast cereal that's delcious and nutritious.

  • Add your favourite milk (dairy or dairy-free).
  • We have tried Honey Bee Cereal with cow's milk, goat's milk, soya, rice, almond and even quinoa milk and they all taste delicious.
