Coeliacs. Why settle for less?

A food loving coeliac and an exceptional cook, our founder, Christian, has a personal intolerance to gluten.  Over the years he’s discovered that most gluten free products fall short of his ‘gourmet’ palate Most were filled with high levels of refined white rice, tapioca, and potato flour - three typical base ingredients that lack flavour and are of little nutritional value. Hale & Hearty products avoid this pasty white trio of flours in favour of tastier, healthier alternatives.
